# Reporting on Your Project

**Instructions**

1. Watch The Reporting Tutorial Below - The 2024 Template has new sections**
2. Reports will be emailed to you when they are due. You can download a blank report for reference. Currently we are only requiring annual reports.
3. Complete Report Template - This requires you to get information from the Implementing Partner.
4. Upload completed report, human interest stories and photos using “Submit Complete Report” button.
5. **Please note that if a report is overdue- transfers to your project will be suspended until we receive the report.**
