## Before You Go

- Review current **Government of Canada travel advisories** for your destination.
- Make sure you have **adequate travel insurance.**
- Confirm arrangements directly with your grantee contact.
- Keep emergency and contact information accessible.

## While You’re There

Use your visit to:

- Strengthen collaboration with the grantee team
- Review activities, finances, and progress
- Gather updates and photos (with consent) for future reports

## When You Return

Please submit:

- Photos to your project photos folder or to melody@devxchange.org

- Any updated budget or planning details
- Download, Complete and Submit the [Debrief Form](https://member.devxchange.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Volunteer-Travel-Debrief-Form.pdf)
