Bachelor of Science degree and currently working towards a Business Administration diploma.

Working part-time as a Customer Service Representative assisting with sales for a fresh fruit and vegetable wholesale company.

Lived in Australia for 10 years and worked primarily as a Laboratory Technician managing the Science Department at a couple of private schools ( This job doesn’t exist in Canada 🍁). It was demanding at times but mostly a fun job, working behind the scenes organizing Science experiments for amazing teachers to perform with the students during their lab practicals. I looked after purchasing, budget management, risk assessments, inducting new Science staff, maintaining Science equipment and supplies as well as chemical management.

I love nature and being in the outdoors. Once the pandemic is over, I am hoping to find a hiking group that I can join. I also enjoy photography, travel, and making photobooks.

I love interacting with people, so my background in volunteering has primarily consisted of helping on the actual event days held by a variety of different organizations including CANFAR, Toronto International Film Festival, Cancer Council Australia-Relay for Life, The Color Run, and Kangaroo Valley Folk Festival.  I am hoping that I will be able to work events again post-pandemic.
