- Budget and Planning Forms for the upcoming year, distributed by November 15th, Due Dec 15 2025
- Report Forms distributed by January 15th, Due March 15
- Blurb – Due April 15th of the following year – for the Annual Donor Report highlighting the previous years achievements, this is published for our AGM each year, email this to Melody.
- Grant Agreement Intake Form for PLVs, provided in project proposal as of 2026.
