Pergale
Pergale (Victory) is a project to develop programs to empower persons with substance abuse and drug addiction. These programs include basic humanitarian support, shelter, food, emotional and spiritual counselling to help individuals abandon debilitating lifestyles and experience freedom to embrace a holistic lifestyle and become a self-supporting and a contributing citizen of society.
