Love Uganda
In 2025, Love Uganda Foundation remained committed to supporting vulnerable children and families through education, care, and sustainable community development. While financial challenges continued, we focused on strengthening long-term solutions that can help secure a brighter future for the children in our care. Our banana farming project continued to show promise, and we maintained efforts to grow our safari business as income-generating initiatives to support the organization’s work. We were also encouraged by the continued academic progress of our children, made possible through the generosity of sponsors and partners.
Looking ahead, one of our major priorities is the development of a vocational skills training program for our growing children and youth. As they transition into adulthood, we want to equip them with practical skills for employment, independence, and self-reliance. With continued support and new partnerships, we remain hopeful that this vision will create lasting impact and open greater opportunities for the young people we serve.
Sonrise Baby Home
2025 was a blessed year for the Sonrise Baby Home as construction for the new Women’s center began. Once again the vision and faith of our implementing partner, Damali, is something to admire.
This three floor building will be a safe place for pregnant women to get care and deliver babies in a clean environment. It will also reduce travel time to and from hospitals when a newborn needs medical attention.
We are thrilled with the progress to date and are so grateful for the financial support to make this happen. With prayer and hard work, our goal is to open in summer of 2026!!!!!
