Some people you might want to consider recruiting;
- Someone who has traveled with you to your project in the past
- Someone that knows your implementing partner as well
- Close friends or family members
- Posting a volunteer ad online
Next here are some positions you might want to consider assigning a team member to;
- Communications (Making print materials, running your Facebook page, or sending off thank you letters.
- Liaison (Coordinating with your implementing partner to ensure all reports can be competed in a timely manner and to help develop a strong relationship with them)
- Fundraising (Planning with your team possible ways to raise money)
