Before You Go #
- Review current Government of Canada travel advisories for your destination.
- Make sure you have adequate travel insurance.
- Confirm arrangements directly with your grantee contact.
- Keep emergency and contact information accessible.
- Download the Field Evaluation Form
While You’re There #
Use your visit to:
- Strengthen collaboration with the grantee team
- Review activities, finances, and progress
- Gather updates and photos (with consent) for future reports
- Complete the Field Evaluation Form
When You Return #
Please submit:
- Photos to your project photos folder or to melody@devxchange.org
- Submit the Field Evaluation Form
- Any updated budget or planning details
- Download, Complete and Submit the Debrief Form
