Instructions
- Project Evaluations must be completed every three years for projects that have a goal of $15,000 or more.
- Project Evaluations can be completed by any Devxchange project leader or volunteer.
- Download Project Evaluation Form, this for might also be emailed to you by a staff member.
- You and your implementing partner will complete the questions and submit it back to us.
- A zoom or other online meeting form will be scheduled to meet with you, your implementing partner and an evaluator to review your answers.
